Stuff I Love: Pocket (formerly Read It Later)

How many tabs do you have open in your browser right now?  I currently have 23 open, and just realized that I have another browser window open but minimized with its own tabs open.  I’m not working on this many things, but rather use tabs to keep open a page, article or idea that I want to come back to when I have the resources or time to deal with it.

I don’t think I’m alone here.  I have seen several Chrome extensions that offer some tab-aholic support.  Enter Pocket (formerly Read It Later.)  Pocket is a multi-platform free service that bookmarks stuff you want to look at later; it does so beautifully.  As I happily browse along on my Macbook Pro, I can simply click the “Pocket” button and the content beautifully shows up on both my iPhone and iPad.  It also has been fully integrated into numerous apps, such as Flipboard, for seamless procrastination.  Awesome.
